Initial Phone Consultation
We offer an initial 20 minute phone consultation free of charge to explore goals for therapy as well as determine if our clinician’s approach is the best fit for you.
There is an overwhelming amount evidence that the counseling process is most beneficial when the therapist and client are able to build a relationship that includes therapeutic safety and rapport with a shared understanding of your individual needs and hopes for growth. If you are a parent seeking services on behalf of your child (adolescent) this will also be a time when we can discuss the structure of initial sessions.
Insurance and Fees
Our fee for sessions is $170 for a 55 minute individual or family session and $185 for the initial intake.
At this time, we are only accepting Kaiser Health Insurance as an in-network provider.
We are out-of-network for all other insurance carriers. If you are insured by an out-of-network provider, you will have access to a superbill statement that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement (depending on your plan).
