Our team is made up of highly skilled professionals dedicated to healing work. Kindra collaborates with individuals and families to support healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. She has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and children navigating a range of challenges including acute trauma, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, LGBTQA+, gender affirming care including providing letters to medical entities for gender affirming medical care. Kindra is a certified in IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist and is a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) practitioner. She specializes in healing complex trauma while integrating culturally affirming, inclusive, and trauma-informed care into her practice.

In addition, Kindra is an approved Supervisor in Oregon and Washington. She dedicates part of her practice to supporting therapists working toward licensure and provides IFS-specific consultation for both licensed and unlicensed practitioners.

Kindra’s strength as a therapist lies in her ability to offer compassionate care while incorporating humor and authenticity to build a trusting therapeutic alliance. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys reading, comedy, exploring nature, and generally just nerding out on a variety of topics and hobbies.

Jordan brings over 16 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. She is trained in EMDR, AEDP, and PACT and has a strong foundation in attachment and trauma work. Jordan values both humor and depth in the therapeutic relationship, believing that we are all naturally wired to move toward health. Sometimes, we just need a little guidance to clear out past trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or depression.

In addition, Jordan is an approved Supervisor in Oregon and Washington supporting therapists working toward licensure. She also provides consultation for both licensed and unlicensed practitioners.

Do you need change in your life? You don’t have to navigate it alone. Jordan’s therapeutic style is real, down-to-earth, and relational.

McKenzie Brock (she/her)

McKenzie is a compassionate and creative therapist who loves working with teens, young adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Drawing from over a decade of personal healing experience and a background in theatre and yoga, McKenzie creates a warm, supportive space where clients can feel seen and empowered.

Passionate about helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief, McKenzie blends trauma-informed and attachment-focused approaches like EMDR, IFS, and AEDP to support each client’s unique journey. McKenzie believes in honoring every individual’s strengths and creating personalized strategies that celebrate the beauty of our complex minds.

McKenzie brings an affirming and understanding perspective, meeting clients where they are with empathy and care. It is a great joy to walk alongside people as they rediscover their inner wisdom, build meaningful connections, and reclaim their power to live with purpose and confidence.

Kathleen Converse (she, her)

Kathleen can help you connect to that wise intuitive part of you that already knows how to heal.  Kathleen is a relational therapist trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems Theory, and draws on somatic mind- body techniques. She uses a strengths based approach to build on your existing coping strategies, and will collaborate with you to find the best tools to help you in your healing journey.

As a former sexual assault advocate and  Director of the Center for Gender Equity at a small private college, she draws on her past experience to help clients navigate relationship issues, relational trauma, and exploring their sexuality. She strives to  provide a queer and trans affirming, feminist, anti-oppressive framework to engage in healing work. 

She is also  trained as a Level 2 reiki practitioner and enjoys exploring the intersections between neuroscience, evidence based practices, and energy work.

Kathleen loves working with a diverse range of people, but specializes in working with anxiety, trauma, people pleasing, and navigating relationship conflicts. She is passionate about building deep connections, and fostering increased compassion, calm and confidence for her clients.
